PEACE BUILDING SKILLS FOR EARLY CHILDHOOD (PK - 1)
Through song and literacy children will be introduced to the seeds of peace. We will explore values, how it relates in our life and how to share them with in the world. We will explore themes such as kindness, communication, self - management, conflict- resolution, and cultural appreciation.
PEACE BUILDING SKILLS FOR LOWER ELEMENTARY (1 - 3)
Through song, literacy and role-playing, children will learn to grow their seeds of peace. We will explore values, how it relates in our life and how to share them in the world. We will dive deeper into themes such as kindness, communication, self- management, conflict- resolution, and cultural appreciation.
INDIVIDUAL COACHING (PK-8)
Through individual coaching I will support your child in working through their limiting beliefs and focus on the gifts they have to share with our world. We will explore themes such as kindness, communication, self - management, conflict- resolution, cultural appreciation, responsibility, and serving our earth.
MONTESSORI HEART IN THE HOME
In this session participants we explore the perspective of nature, nature spaces and will gain practical tips and activities to incorporate in your home or classroom.
Mindfulness Classes
NATURE OF THE HEART - Children's Mindfulness Playshop
Spend 45 minutes experiencing and awakening the nature of your heart. With the incorporation of nature, literacy, play, movement, guided meditation, sacred geometry, nature art, yoga, fun and healing music through instruments such as bells and singing. Through this workshop children will learn mindful activities for self-regulation, how to listen to their intuition, along with developing a deeper appreciation of love towards themselves, others and our environment.
NATURE OF THE HEART SERIES - Children's Mindfulness Group Series
Your child will spend 3 weeks experiencing and learning about being mindful with the incorporation of universal values.
